The spiked rubber outsole, redesigned for extra grip and stability, was inspired by the spikes of a track and field shoe. Accenting the heel and toecap are the dual-overlay suede textures and a padded tongue and collar for maximum comfort in what used to be a high-performance track shoe for racing.
